Warranty Information

At Flame Hub, we supply quality fireplaces, stoves and accessories backed by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty coverage and duration vary by product and manufacturer, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Manufacturer Warranty

Eligible products include manufacturer warranty protection, with terms and durations specific to each model.

Product-Specific Cover

Warranty periods and coverage can differ for appliances, components, replacement parts and accessories.

UK Customer Support

Our UK-based team can help you understand your warranty and assist with product-related claims.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many fireplaces and stoves supplied by Flame Hub include a manufacturer's warranty. The exact duration and level of protection depend on the product and manufacturer.

  • Certain fireplaces and stoves may include warranties of up to five years.
  • Individual components, such as grates and door seals, may have shorter warranty periods.
  • Consumable and wear-related components may be subject to exclusions under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
  • Warranty coverage and exclusions should be checked against the documentation supplied with your product.

The manufacturer's official warranty documentation determines the terms of any additional manufacturer cover. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Warranty Conditions

Manufacturer warranties commonly require products to be installed, operated and maintained correctly.

  • Follow the manufacturer's installation and operating instructions.
  • Carry out any required servicing and routine maintenance.
  • Ensure installations comply with applicable UK Building Regulations.
  • Use an appropriately qualified installer where required, such as a Gas Safe registered engineer for gas appliances.
  • Retain your purchase confirmation and any relevant installation or servicing documentation.

Failure to meet applicable manufacturer conditions may affect additional warranty cover. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Making a Warranty Claim

If your fireplace or accessory develops a fault, please contact Flame Hub. We will help you understand the next steps and assess the information needed.

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.
  • The product name and model.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs or video where helpful.
  • Installation or servicing details, if relevant to the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may work with the manufacturer to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

You can also contact us directly about your statutory rights if goods are faulty.

Your Statutory Rights Manufacturer warranties are additional to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods do not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy, depending on the circumstances. Nothing in this warranty information excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
